At this site, you can take surveys (or complete "offers" which are very similar) and get points or cash in return. If you choose to receive points, you can use those points to buy anything on Amazon.com (100 = $1.00 and a survey is typically 70-90 points) If you choose to receive cash, you can cash out via paypal, check, etc — there are lots of options.
